Where do I even begin to describe the impact William Tarantola and Nicole Anslanis have had on our lives? To say they are exceptional real estate agents is an understatement. They are miracle workers, trusted advisors, and now, cherished friends. Our journey started with a house in Dix Hills that felt like an anchor. We had previously listed it with another real estate team in 2023 and, after months of frustration and zero progress, we were left feeling completely defeated. The moment we switched to William and Nicole, everything changed. Their energy, strategy, and sheer hard work were a breath of fresh air. They didn't just list our home; they breathed new life into it, marketing it with a passion and professionalism that was simply on another level. They accomplished what we thought was impossible: they got it sold, and their guidance through the process was flawless. Fast forward to 2025, when it was time to find our own personal residence. There was no question who we would call. We were looking for our "forever home" in East Northport, and William and Nicole immediately switched gears from expert sellers to being the most dedicated and patient buyers' agents we could have hoped for. They listened to every single one of our needs and wants. They were unbelievably responsive—day or night, a text or a call was always answered immediately. But what truly sets them apart is their kindness. Throughout both a challenging sale and an exciting purchase, they treated us with the care and consideration of family. They celebrated our victories with us and calmed our anxieties when things got stressful. They weren't just closing a deal; they were helping build our future. If you are looking for real estate agents who combine unparalleled work ethic with genuine heart, your search is over. William and Nicole are the absolute best in the business. We are eternally grateful for them and are now happily settled in our beautiful new home thanks to their tireless efforts. The Luxury Team That Makes the Impossible, Possible!
Dear Ms. Finn, William Tarantola was the agent who worked with us on selling our house and he was fantastic! He made himself available to us throughout the whole process. Starting with when to put our home on the market and deciding the selling price to the closing date. He was always just a phone call away and he always called us back. We had lived in our home 40 years so the whole selling/buying market was new to us and very intimidating. William put us at ease by explaining the process to us and answering our many questions. We followed his recommendations and within a week of signing on with him, William had our yard spruced up, our home photographed and videoed and posted on the web site before the showing the following weekend. William has a keen eye and knows how to present the best attributes of a home to the buyers and agents. He made open house look like a breeze. We had 5 offers within the first week and we were in contract by the third week. We were thrilled and of course you think you’re done, no such thing! We needed a lawyer and a moving company. And then you need to pack and clear out your home. Once again William was there with names of businesses and people for all of these things, this was such a great help. And when we asked He even found an agent in N.C. to help us find our new home. Our closing was done during the coronavirus and due to laws William was not able to attend the closing, but he was with us on the phone. It was such a great comfort to know he was still there by our side. We followed William’s recommendations and he never steered us wrong and we couldn’t be happier now that we’re living in N.C. William is a true professional who became a friend and to this day he still checks up on us to see how we're doing on our new place.. Thank you William. Sincerely, Ed & Jerry Reddy
William knows his market and pointed out many things I would NOT have noticed. He is King of Luxury and helped get my house sold! I’m grateful for him to be on the team!
In 2022 William Tarantola was my real estate agent for selling three parcels of land in Lloyd Neck. William exceeded my expectations for the sale of all of the parcels. He was a blessing to me and my team. As a widow, I felt confident in William with his professionalism, expert advice, great marketing and negotiation skills, and his strong sense of loyalty to his clients. His charming nature, sensitive caring, and constant enthusiasm were also massive selling points. William's guidance was so appreciated; he made the entire process easy for me and enjoyable! He was at my disposal at all times. He made it appear like I was his only client, but I know he had quite a lot. He immediately took care of the many listings for the land but also had beneficial connections, resulting in a relatively quick sale. There were issues that I was unaware of, but he was on top of the problem, which we remedied quickly to move forward. Without William's constant assistance and drive, this would have dragged on rather than ended happily. I am giving a very high recommendation for William Tarantola for any future real estate services. I am so very grateful to have had him represent me.
Dear Georgianna- I hope to convey in this letter my gratitude, joy, and happiness that just 1 man was able to give to us. When we were introduced to William Taranola several years ago by our close friends, we felt an immediate connection and trust. He had the patience of a saint from the day we first met, and we got along like peas and carrots. Truly, I felt like we had a true new friend, and confidant who could help us find and purchase our forever home. I figured for sure he would drop us because in my own head I continued to think we’re needy and relatively small potatoes in comparison with his ginormous homes that he helps others purchase and sell. But alas, how wrong I was. William is a one of a kind. Believe it or not he restored our faith in humanity with his unwavering loyalty to us. Something I am still spellbound by. He was always there for us. He stood by us. He literally took verbal beatings from the sellers’ broker to protect us, because we were supposed to close in July, and after various title issues, we finally closed on our forever home October 7th! I consider William a true friend, as does my wife. I know that he truly cares about us as people. I know he worked his ass off to get us into this house, and I also know it got his stamp of approval. Something that means A LOT to us. He is such an extraordinary human, and I truly do not know how we got so lucky, and even more so he stuck with us. Through thick and thin. You can’t say that about a lot of people these days, but he’s one of the most loyal humans to walk the earth. He put his own personal family tragedy on hold so that we could close on our house, something we’ll never forget. We truly cannot praise you enough for having undoubtedly the best real estate agent, and friend, on your staff. Coach should be so proud and hold your heads up a little higher with William on your team. We went through such a difficult contract process which William continued to keep us calm and kept the ball rolling, and when I lost hope, he didn’t ever. His confidence and patience, and humor, really helped us get through to the other side. All I can say is thank you. Our dream is now a reality. We are happy and in our forever home, and I thank William for it. We truly love him, and he is a member of our family. If there’s ever anything I can do to make sure he gets his very well-deserved praise on a national level, please let me know. You truly have one of the best human beings in the world and we could not have done it without him. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts- Noah, Suzanne, Loren, Max and Goldie Rosenthal
Dear William, A shoutout and grateful appreciation for your expert salesmanship in selling our luxury home! We knew it would be a challenge due to it’s 2 acre, bi-level parcel. You nailed it with your customer base, only showing it to those who would love its challenges. Sold in one week! Thank you again for your professionalism and understanding of both your clients and buyers needs and wants. Sincerely, The McAlpines
This past Friday William Tarantola and I had the memorable experience of assisting a client with a very emotional and substantial real estate transaction. Our mutual client, physically disabled most of his life, was able to celebrate his life’s achievements and was reduced to tears at the end of his closing. Why? His biggest appreciation… being treated with compassion and respect and an acknowledgment by us of his amazing journey. “people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.”. William did a phenomenal job of advocating for the client when the client needed him most. Bravo
William Tarantola was the real estate agent for the sale of our Dix Hills home, and we could not have asked for a better experience. His passion and commitment to his work is extraordinary. He is professional, knowledgeable and very personable. He sold our home in five days for our asking price, and he continued to be available and attentive to us through closing. William is a stellar agent, he has what it takes to sell homes and keep the sellers happy and comfortable! We have highly recommended him to our friends, family and colleagues. Sellers: Barbara and Frank Marano
William has handled sales and purchased for myself and my children of many years. He is professional, honest and knowns the real estate business like no other realtor. He has always been a pleasure to work with and would recommend him to anyone who wants a professional marketing genius.
We got the asking price for our home in less than three weeks, after other close bids, and it is entirely due to the efforts of William Tarantola. Before even coming to meet with us and see our home, he learned all there was to know about our property and our neighborhood. When he came over, he saw every positive feature of our home, many of which we did not even appreciate, and made us feel that our home was a true treasure and worth top dollar. We had the pleasure of seeing him in action; he brought only pre-qualified people who were genuinely interested in buying. He met each buyer at the door and walked them through the house, showing the house through his eyes, allowing them to see its best features and its potential, never pushing, only illuminating. If you have been home shopping, as we are now, and seen other agents in action, you may have noticed how they mostly stand around like lumps and know little about the places they are selling. You will be floored by the contrast seeing William do the job. While being scrupulously accurate in every statement he makes about the property, having all information at his fingertips, he educates the buyers about the unique features of the home, conveying the information with exuberant positive energy and enthusiasm. I am absolutely certain that no one else could have marketed our house as well. He left us feeling that our home was valued fairly, and that the love and improvements we put in are valued by our buyer. On a personal note, I am a big fan. William is a delightful person to know, so smart, savvy, funny, ethical and honest in a business not known for those qualities, and the consummate professional. After an agent from another agency was rude and dismissive and sought to make a quick sale on the cheap of our house, a friend recommended William, as he sold the house of an acquaintance of ours in days for a great price, after the house had been languishing on the market for more than a year, with three agents who utterly failed to generate any interest in it. I am absolutely indebted to that friend. Working with William Tarantola was a great experience, and I recommend him without reservation. Marlene Schwarz
I knew I would be recommending and writing a 5 star review for William Tarantola from our very first conversation. He " held my hand" , guided me and helped me make the right decision . Today I am one very happy home owner! I cannot tell you how many houses we saw together, I lost count, but with every house we saw, I was thankful that I had him there with me, because he examined every inch of the house in detail as if he was buying it for himself. The care he showed made me feel like I was part of his family and by the end of the year I started calling him...uncle William..and I still do. He really is...the best realtor. Fay
Thank you, William! Mr. Tarantola is an excellent real estate agent. He cares about his clients, and always makes himself available for questions or concerns. He definitely knows the business. He put us in touch with all the right people to help us purchase our house. We’re thrilled with the results and so grateful that we now have a team of experts that we can rely on. Fantastic service that cares!
I am writing a review for one of your RE agents, Mr. William Tarantola, who has provided a service to me recently at 258 Hallock Rd, Stony Brook, NY. I have been Chairman in my department for years, so I understand that a director may want to know how a department member is perceived by others. I asked him to let me know the name of the CEO/Administrator of Coach Realtors because I wish to share my experience with you and other potential clients, who might be wondering where to find excellent service. Since the contract was signed, it was a long journey of almost ten weeks with a few bumps but he has been consistent with staying positive, communicating superbly, co-ordinating very well, and prevailed on everyone to move forward. In sum, I am pleased to report that William is deserving of excellent commendation. I happened to work with more than a dozen R/E agents in the past 30 years. In my unbiased understanding, without a single moment of hesitation, he is an outstanding agent in this field of RE business. He is a congenial, trustworthy, precise person and one to be respected for an extremely fine ability of professionalism and creativity in a polite manner. He seems to be an equalizer in times of work-related problem-solving. He would advise what to do and what not to do. It certainly takes an emotionally stable and mature person to express that quality. It is my honest opinion that Mr. William Tarantola is competent and caring. I strongly and unequivocally endorse him without any reservations to any client.
I am delighted to be writing this letter in praise of our agent, William Tarantola. He was an absolute pleasure to have on our side as we navigated the challenges of selling the home that had been in our family for 50 plus years. He is a great communicator; incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and detail oriented. William guided us through every step of the sale – from preparing for the staging, showings, all of the offers, through to the contract, inspections and final sale with enthusiasm, compassion and humor. The house sold for over asking solely due to William’s efforts. Thank you- for all of your hard work, for putting your heart into this process, and for your perseverance. We are delighted. Miriam Hertzson
We recently sold our home of 28 years in Dix Hills thanks to the hard work and expertise of William Tarantola. William walked us through the entire process from staging our home to hosting an open house to negotiating a full asking price sale in ten days!! He was sensitive to our feelings and needs and made what could have been a traumatic experience, especially during COVID, a seamless painless process. He goes above and beyond what anyone would expect your real estate agent to do. We couldn’t be happier! Hara and Mike Cohen
After closing On my new house I am truly confident I worked with the best. Not just the best agent but the best team. William and his agency were one step ahead of everything which made every part of the process a success. Constant contact, updates and true care and concern were what I was provided. The knowledge, confidence and experience William has sets him apart from anyone else. I am a little upset it’s all over for now but I plan on keeping in touch and referring anyone interested in only working with the best professionals.
Hello, I wanted to give you some insight as to our experience working with William Tarantola. This was my fiancé's and my first time buying a house so we were a bit anxious about the process in general. We started our search on Trulia and Zillow and had a few experiences working with the brokers that were attached to those listings. Working with those brokers only heightened our anxiety in this process. They were overly aggressive, didn’t listen to our concerns, uninformative, and it was easy to tell they were just looking to make the sale. Our experience with William couldn’t have been more of the opposite. We first met William by cold calling a listing that we found, he was listed as the selling agent. William made himself available for us to see the particular listing, accommodating both of our busy and unusual schedules. As we walked into the property, we knew that the house we were in was not going to be for us but we wanted to remain respectful to both William and the seller so we completed the tour. William was able to pick up on my fiancé’s body language and general lack of excitement and he could tell that we wanted something different. After leaving the showing William offered to help us on our journey and didn’t pressure us in the slightest, which to me was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to work with a broker that was knowledgeable, respectful, and wasn’t trying to shove every listing down our throats. This was William. William got us set up on prospect and we began seeing a large amount of listings come our way. After going to about 7-10 showings with William, we hadn’t found anything that we loved. Thought the process William was really on our side. Asking the necessary questions to the sellers or the sellers brokers, questions that first time home buyers wouldn’t know to ask. He made sure we were protected throughout the entire process and for that I am grateful. We finally found the house of our dreams about 4-5 weeks into the process with William and made an offer. William helped us make an informed initial offer and help us through the negotiation process. Through having our offer accepted to moving into our house about 2 weeks ago, William never stopped working for us. I was able to call him at any hour and he was there to answer my questions or ease my concerns. I honestly couldn’t be happier that we found William and wouldn’t want to work with anyone else in the future. I will recommend him to all of my family and friends who are in the market. A 12 out of 10. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like any further information. Best, Cody
Good afternoon Mrs. Finn, I just wanted to take a moment to provide feedback on my experience with William as our agent for the sale of 101 Cypress Dr. Kings Park, NY. William's vast real estate experience and expertise to be indispensable in guiding us through the sale of home in the midst of the covid pandemic while relocating our family to Atlanta, Georgia. William ensured that the property was photographed and listed promptly and professionally and that all covid safety protocols were followed, his understanding of the unique market conditions resulted in our home selling for 40K over asking in less than one week. We could not be happier with the results, William made our dreams come true, I am thankful he was our agent. Sincerely, Gregory Lee
Good morning, I would like to inform you of what a great job William Tarantola did selling my home. I was introduced to William by a mutual friend. William help her sell her co op and purchase a new home also in Commack. He was outstanding. He had beautiful pictures taken of my home. Due to the Covid he was so careful when the realtors came, letting only one in at a time, and cleaning up after each if them. Well he sold my house in one day, got 5 offers. OH My God I could not believe it. William was always present when the buyers wanted to see the house after we went to contract and he was also present the day of the walk through to answer any questions the buyer's had. I want to thank William and Coach for being so professional. Josephine Barbati
I was a young widow for little over a year and the thought of maintaining my home terrified me. I was scared and didn't know who to turn to for help. With may hours of research, I found William Tarantola whom I am now proud to call my Realtor. His professionalism and knowledge of the housing market was very impressive. Most importantly, William was sensitive to my needs and compassionate to my situation. He carefully guided me through the whole process of selling my house and finding a new place to call home. With great attention to detail, William negotiated on my behalf and made sure I got the most for my house. Because of William, my house sold within two weeks for more than the market value. Any worries or problems I had, big or small, were taken care of. William was always thorough and on top of everything making me feel confident. He graciously continues to keep in touch with me to make sure all is well. I am grateful for his help and anyone who has the honor of working with William has found a gem.
It gives me great pleasure to write this letter. I have a big smile on my face as I type. I just recently completed the biggest financial transaction of my life - the sale of my home in East Northport, NY. What could have been a very stressful time for me was quite the opposite. William Tarantola is the most professional person that I have ever met in my entire life. From the beginning he said that if l would follow his direction I would get the best results during the sale of my home. I listened to him and the sale went through without a hitch. I got top dollar for my home. William anticipated anything and everything that could possibly come up or go wrong and took care of it immediately. He held my hand throughout the entire process so that it would be a stress-free transaction. Sincerely, Janice
William Tarantola was the real estate agent for the sale of our family home. His professionalism, perseverance and well-honed skills brought about a successful sale for us in a very challenging market. William was there for us with excellent advice each step of the way and provided service far beyond anything we expected or even dreamed. He clearly was our partner in this venture and his enthusiasm for the project never waned. His upbeat attitude and innate sensitivity helped us through the very emotional experience of selling the home my parents didn’t want to leave and in which my brothers and I grew up. I honestly can’t say enough good things about William and cannot imagine having gone through the process of selling our home with anyone else. He was both a consummate professional and an understanding friend. I’m very grateful for the blessing he has been to my family and me. He works very hard for his clients and it’s clear that he loves the real estate business. What sets him apart most of all is his heart for people. William is indeed a very special person and I believe Coach is most fortunate to have him as one of its agents. Sincerely, Diane Durec
Hello, I am writing this letter to inform you about my experience with one of your agents, William Tarantola. My husband Joe and I met William in June of 2015 when we called about a property he was the listing agent on. When we met him we immediately liked him. We were new at looking for a home and really did not know what to ask or what to expect. The whole experience of looking for a new home is exciting, but can also be nerve wracking as well. William made us feel so comfortable. His enthusiasm and positive nature was infectious. Joe and I ended up making an offer that day on the house and are now happily living in it. William also helped us sell our co-op, which we thought was an impossible task. We had it listed previously and had no success. Within weeks of William listing it, we had an accepted offer. Joe and I had complete confidence in William. He is a true professional and as I am sure you know, a tremendous asset to your company. Unlike any other agent we have dealt with, William was always reachable. No matter how many clients he may have had, he always made us feel we were a top priority. Since meeting William we have purchased a home, he has sold our previous home and currently has listed both my father and grandmothers home. We are confident he will find success for my family members on their properties as well. Joe and I could not be happier in our new home and we really have William to thank. We feel it is very important to let you know about our experience. William is one of a kind. He made our home buying experience one we will never forget. Sincerely, Margie and Joe Costello
Good Morning Georgianna: As every year comes to an end, I like to look back and reflect on the positive events that took place. My family's experience with William Tarantola earlier this year is certainly high on the list. In February, my wife and I stumbled across one of the nicest houses in Commack. It checked off most of the boxes on our wishlist. However, there were obstacles to overcome in order to making all of this possible: *The seller of our dream house was challenging - firm at the least, irrational at the worst *We had to sell our house in a timely manner - but with two little kids, we didn't want the process to be overly intrusive William was a pleasure to work with over the course of six months. There were several opportunities for this deal to unravel, but William kept his cool, and pushed it to the finish line. I won't bore you with the details, but in August, we finally moved into our new home. None of this would have been possible without William as our agent. I look forward to recommending William to anyone in need of real estate services in the future. Sincerely, V.C.
We contracted with Coach Realtors to sell/rent our house and were blessed to get William Tarantola as our agent. I can't tell you enough good things about him in regards to his work ethic and attention to detail he gives your property. My wife and I are away while this process is taking place and he constantly stays in touch with us and takes care of the house as if it were his own. The work that he has done has been way more then we could have asked for and you would be lucky to have him sell your house. And yes, I am and actual client no BS.
